Owning Space is a women’s health podcast that’s here to reclaim the narrative around our well-being - helping women take up more space in society, in their bodies, and in their stories.

Hosted by me, Aneka Hindocha, each episode explores a topic that’s often dismissed, misunderstood, or considered too uncomfortable to discuss.

My mission is to break the silence around the struggles so many women are told to push through or hide -  from burnout to fertility challenges, endometriosis to ADHD, sexual trauma to MS, and more. We unpack how these experiences shape us differently -  and how so many of us learn to mask the pain and just keep going. It’s raw, real, and necessary.

Because I believe that when we acknowledge our struggles fully, something truly magical happens. We accept our experiences and the challenges that make us part of who we are - and there's so much power in that.

Let's break the silence and fill it with groundbreaking conversations. It’s time to change the way we talk about women’s health - one honest conversation at a time.
